My name is Beth Rocca.  I received my culinary training at L’Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda, Maryland and have been in the food and beverage business for 25 years.  I have worked every aspect of food service from Executive Chef to catering and hotel food and beverage management.  I bring a lot of experience to the table from menu planning to kitchen design. 

My goal is to work one on one with you.  You may be starting a restaurant or catering business, you may need help with your existing business or you may simply need help organizing your menus and shopping lists at home.  I can be an important resource for you in meeting your culinary needs whether professional or personal.
